At Afortic, we aim to make your repair experience simple and hassle-free. This Shipping Policy explains how shipping works for claims, repairs, and product orders.
1. Shipping for Repair Claims
📨 Sending Your Device to Afortic
Once your claim is approved, you’ll receive an email with a prepaid shipping label (for eligible plans).
- VIP Members: Free round-trip shipping (both ways).
- Basic & Pro Members: Free inbound shipping (you send the device to us); return shipping is billed at actual carrier cost.
Please follow packaging instructions carefully to avoid additional damage during transit. Afortic is not responsible for devices damaged due to improper packaging.
2. Processing & Turnaround Time
- Once your device arrives at our repair center, it will be processed within 24 hours.
- Typical repair turnaround time is 48 hours from receipt.
- Shipping times depend on your carrier and location (usually 2–5 business days each way).
You’ll receive tracking updates via email at every stage — from arrival to return.
3. Delivery & Tracking
We partner with trusted carriers such as UPS, FedEx, and USPS.
Afortic will provide you with tracking information as soon as your label is generated.
💡 Tip: Always keep your tracking number until your device is safely returned.
4. Lost or Delayed Packages
If a shipment is delayed or lost in transit, contact us at support@afortic.com immediately.
We’ll work with the carrier to locate or replace your shipment.
Afortic is not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect shipping addresses entered by the customer.
5. Accessory & Product Orders
If you purchase accessories (cases, chargers, etc.) through Afortic:
- Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days.
- Shipping within the U.S. takes 3–7 business days depending on your location.
- You’ll receive an email with tracking details once your order ships.
6. International Shipping
At this time, Afortic only supports shipping within the United States.
We plan to expand international repair coverage in the future.
