At Afortic, we strive to keep our customers satisfied with transparent, fair, and simple membership terms. This policy outlines how refunds, cancellations, and claim-related payments are handled.


1. Membership Cancellations

You can cancel your Afortic membership at any time β€” no contracts, no hidden fees.

To cancel, simply email us at support@afortic.com with your registered email address.
Once canceled:

  • Your protection plan will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle.
  • No further charges will apply after that date.

2. Refund Eligibility

You may be eligible for a full refund if:

  • You request cancellation within 7 days of purchase, and
  • You haven’t filed any claims or used the service.

After 7 days, partial refunds may be issued on a case-by-case basis if no claim activity occurred.


3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued if:

  • A repair claim has already been submitted or approved.
  • The device was serviced or replaced under the plan.
  • Fraud or misuse of the protection plan is detected.

4. Claim Deductibles

Deductible payments made during a claim (e.g., $20 or $25 per repair) are non-refundable, as they cover repair parts and labor costs.


5. Failed Delivery or Returned Packages

If a shipment is undeliverable or returned due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, shipping costs will not be refunded.


6. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

  • Email billing@afortic.com with your order or membership details.
  • Include your registered phone number and plan type.
  • Our billing team will review and respond within 3–5 business days.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
