📄 Afortic Membership Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Afortic! These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your membership and use of Afortic’s phone protection services.
By purchasing a membership or filing a claim, you agree to these Terms.


1. About Afortic

Afortic provides membership-based phone protection plans that cover repair services for accidental damage such as cracked screens, battery issues, and water exposure.
Afortic is not an insurance company. Our plans are service contracts for repair and maintenance coverage.


2. Membership Plans

Afortic offers three protection plans:

Plan Monthly Cost Deductible Coverage
Basic $9.99 $25 Screen, battery, charging port
Pro $14.99 $20 Screen, battery, water, power issues
VIP $19.99 $0 All covered repairs + free shipping

You may subscribe on a monthly or annual basis. Membership renews automatically unless canceled.


3. What’s Covered

Your membership covers:

  • Cracked or broken screens
  • Battery replacement
  • Charging port or power button failure
  • Minor water or moisture damage

Note: Afortic does not cover lost or stolen devices, intentional damage, or pre-existing conditions.


4. Filing a Claim

When an issue occurs:

  • File a claim online at afortic.com/claim.
  • Upload photos and describe the issue.
  • Once approved, ship your device using our prepaid label.
  • Repairs are completed within 48 hours of receipt.

You may file up to 2 repair claims per 12-month period per device.


5. Deductibles

Each approved claim may include a small deductible (based on plan level).
Deductibles are charged before the repair begins and are non-refundable.


6. Shipping

  • VIP members: Free round-trip shipping.
  • Basic/Pro members: Free inbound label; return shipping billed at carrier rate.
    Afortic is not responsible for lost or damaged shipments caused by improper packaging.

7. Cancellation

You can cancel your membership anytime by emailing support@afortic.com.

  • Cancellations made within 7 days (with no claims filed) are eligible for a full refund.
  • After 7 days, refunds are handled per our Refund Policy.

8. Membership Transfer & Device Limit

Memberships are tied to one registered device.
If you upgrade or replace your phone, you can transfer coverage to your new device by updating your account info.


9. Limitation of Liability

Afortic’s total liability for any claim will never exceed the cost of your plan or the repair value of the device, whichever is lower.
Afortic is not responsible for:

  • Data loss or software issues
  • Accessories or third-party damage
  • Shipping delays outside our control

10. Termination

Afortic reserves the right to suspend or cancel memberships for:

  • Fraudulent claims
  • Misuse of coverage
  • Violation of these Terms

11. Updates to Terms

Afortic may modify these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
